About Us

Dennis is an Entrepreneur and Business Leader with extensive experience delivering successful business and technology solutions through leadership and management positions in the life high-tech, financial services and life sciences fields.  He started, led and grew four successful businesses and is a recognized speaker and author on key topics in strategy and technology for the financial services industry and has been quoted extensively online and in print periodicals. 

He has mentored many senior executives to deliver strategy driven organizational change, developed and delivered business growth acceleration training programs, management vision workshops, and leadership and team development programs. He created and led The CEOs Group, a new and innovative executive leadership development programs for growing entrepreneurial companies.

Previously, Dennis was a Director at TowerGroup where he created a strategic advisory service to the securities industry and a wealth management consulting practice for financial services institutions and technology vendors. Prior he was the President and Executive Director of Windsor Systems, a consulting and software development company that delivered custom solutions to financial services, manufacturing and technology clients. Dennis was Vice President of Product Development at First Interstate Bank, Ltd., where he lead a team creating electronic corporate cash management services for this super regional financial institution spanning 27 banks in 14 states.

Earlier in his career, Dennis was Department Director for HealthWest Corporation, providing ancillary health service programs throughout a multiple-hospital network and the managing partner of an organizational consulting and psychology practice. 

He is an Adjunct Professor at Babson College where he teaches MBA courses in entrepreneurship, consulting and business strategy, and a Visiting Professor of Entrepreneurship at Luxembourg School of Business. Dennis also conducts numerous executive seminars, and both corporate and academic training programs worldwide. 

Dennis earned a Doctorate in education and psychology from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Arts in psychology and biology from Boston University.

Roxanne leads the Health and Life Sciences practice of Strategic Management Associates, LLC., bringing her broad experience base of providing marketing and management solutions to executives and management teams facing a “do more with less” economic environment. 

Enabled by the technical knowledge she gained as a Registered Nurse, Roxanne’s varied operational experience combined with strong analytic and research capabilities provides clients with a unique perspective on organizational challenges and goals in a variety of settings.

Within the Long-Term Care industry, Roxanne has conducted market research studies designed to identify new products and services and created and implemented effective market plans to return skilled and assisted living facilities to profitability for a number of clients in the Boston and Metrowest area.

Roxanne’s experience managing and marketing home care services for, Jewish Family Services of Metrowest and SeniorBridge, enables her to integrate a developing knowledge base in emerging technologies managing chronic diseases with best practices in the field.  She is passionate about the new wave of brain-computer interface prosthetics that restore functionality and improve mobility.

Roxanne’s prior experience with Health Maintenance and Managed Care Organizations gives her insight into the evolution of the industry and underpinnings of Accountable Care Organizations.  For Kaiser Foundation Health Plan, she researched new drugs and technologies for benefit coverage and implemented new cost containment strategies at Tufts Health Plans, where she analyzed data and worked collaboratively with Independent Physician Associations in Massachusetts developing system-wide utilization and cost solutions.  

Roxanne works within the culture of an existing management team or provides independent analysis to support the organization’s growth goals.  

Roxanne earned a B.A. in Psychology from the University of California Los Angeles and a Master in Health Administration from the University of Southern California.
